Putin signed a decree on new payments to families with children

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which all Russian families with children aged 3 to 16 years are entitled to lump-sum payment in the amount of 10 thousand rubles for each child. In addition, those Russians, whose first child was born or adopted between 1 April 2017 and 1 January 2020, have the right to receive 5 thousand rubles a month for three months.
